Workshop will be a mix of energetic anatomy & theory combined with movement, meditation, breath work.
Participants will learn a 18 movement sequence and personal practice to cultivate health and vitality.
Study guides are included in each level with practical exercises to deepen your experience of Qi.

In this comprehensive workshop you will learn gentle flowing movements that will release tension and emotional blockages from your body to restore the natural flow of energy, movements that can be done sitting or standing and incorporated easily into your day.
You will also learn the theory behind this ancient art of cultivating health and vitality, expanding your conscious awareness to include the more subtle energies that flow through your body. You will develop a basic understanding of your energetic anatomy as well as the specific organs involved in regulating our emotions.
